5. Buyer Profiles and Communications

If you submit your information as a prospective buyer, we may create a buyer profile reflecting your stated business interests and acquisition criteria. We may use that profile to send listings or other communications that may be relevant to you.

By submitting your email address or telephone number, you may receive service-related, transaction-related, and marketing communications from Global Capital. You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at the address below.

Opting out of promotional communications will not necessarily stop transactional, security, legal, or other non-promotional communications.

If text-message communications are offered, separate consent may be required. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out by following the instructions provided in the applicable message.

6. Confidentiality and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our possession. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or Website security is completely secure.

Confidential seller and transaction information may be shared only as reasonably necessary to provide brokerage services, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations. Users may also be required to execute a nondisclosure agreement before receiving detailed business information.
